Latest Blasphemy – Muhammad Art Competition

Holding a competition on inviting people to insult a religion, and in this case, insulting around a third of the global population, is only one of the problems faced by the targeted population.

As obvious to the naked eye that hasn’t been blinded by the lying media; they hold an ideology that will cause the western economy and political systems to drop on their knees in failure if the truth is properly portrayed.

Ridicule This Religion

Such major threat to the capitalistic ideology, known as Islam, has to be discredited as much as possible and ridiculed, in order to make it difficult to return as a political system. A historically proven ideology, broken only through injected corruption, if set free, will wipe the world clean of interest-based capitalism.

Destined Driving force

As is evident from the population, the more the dominating ideology ridicules Islam, the more Islam is being accepted. This invasive alienation is actually widening the division between two kinds of people: Ignorant and Intellectual. The ignorant defined here, are those who believe everything the media tells them, without actually thinking about why it is being projected. Then there are Intellectuals, who assess critically everything before accepting statements as facts.

Due to the opening gap in between the two becoming more apparent, people are starting to realise that something weird is going on. Questions are being raised in people’s minds, and the currently corrupted ideology is not producing any satisfactory answers. A worldwide debate is beginning to form, and currently, capitalism is losing on the intellectual side.

Tackling the Alienation and Mockery

Failed Methods:

Boycotting – By definition, this leads to a failed approach because the evolving ideology is actually a minority in number. For boycotting to cause serious pressure, it needs to be done by the majority AND on a long-term basis. This is therefore nothing but an expressive (and sometimes expensive) act of desperation. The best, it will achieve, if successful, is to suppress the alienators for a very small period of time.

Violence – Unless carried out through official channels on an army-to-army basis, this will cause further degradation and alienation. This will turn the fictional news into hard facts, and then even the intellectuals will equate the minority with terrorists.

Demonstrations – This is an act of appealing to the majority and government against certain decisions. This may achieve temporary results if what the demonstrators want is actually granted. But generally this only happens when the majority are demonstrating.

Successful Methods Used in History

As individuals, to succeed in revolutionising, one must look at the roots of their ideology. Historically, Muslims were mocked before coming into power and changing the outlook of the globe. What did they do?

Humble Unity – Regardless of numerous differences (including tribes and family differences), the Original Muslims didn’t have many major divisions and quarrels amongst each other. Practically this means to smile and say the Salam greeting to every Muslim that you come across and be welcoming and humble regardless of their background. And also be nice and welcoming towards non-muslims, treating them with respect and fairness (this doesn’t mean integration, rather it means invitation). Your character has to be a representation of your ideology. Pride and arrogance shouldn’t even exist in your lexicon, and neither should nationalism and racism.

Prepared to Sacrifice – A small step for mankind always needs a giant step somewhere from someone. And for each small step towards establishment of this ideology, giant sacrifices were given from its’ participants. Wealth, livelihood and even family were put at stake, just to uphold the cause. Practically this means not to compromise your religion, regardless of end result.

Steadfastness – Extremely difficult trials and tribulations were faced by the original people, but they kept focused and kept going. Practically this means, sticking to your religion, regardless of how humiliated, restricted or unconfident you feel. Confidence should always remain within the ideology that has already proved its success. In this case, confidence remains in your creator, and you understand that he will test you.

Exposure – They exposed the flaws of the existing systems, including the interest based economy, and expressed how their beliefs can solve the problems if fully implemented. Practically this means to raise awareness amongst the public, about all issues that are failing in the currently dominating ideology and explain solutions that Islam offers. The biggest outstanding issue nowadays is the failed economy, making it a good target.

Knowledge and Conscience – They knew what they were doing and why they were doing it. Their actions had reasoning behind them, and the actions contributed towards the end goal harmoniously. Practically this means to obtain knowledge about your ideology and understand how it is to be implemented in the situation that you’re living in. In this case, sticking to your duties, and following the Sunnah in everything that you do.

Stay Ready and Seek Powerful Support – They looked for support from powerful leaders, making them aware of the truth of their cause. Eventually they established themselves and were ready to continue striving until they swept the good part of the world out of corruption. They held an understanding that the struggle ends with their life. After having a powerful authority, they could deal with issues similar to the Art competition swiftly. Practically this means to raise awareness amongst everyone you know that Islam needs to be implemented fully in order to fulfil your basic duties (e.g. Zakat). Additionally, seek support from links with Muslim politicians and Muslim armed forces.

Therefore an event such as the blasphemy should be taken advantage from, forming a better means of discussion, exposure, and more of a reason to ignite emotion (if not sense) in the general public, as well as Muslim people in power. It’s therefore more of a reason to unite, more of a reason to sacrifice and more of a reason to be conscience, eventually leading to a better nation, hence better leaders, hence a better leadership.
