Recently I’ve been receiving comments about this subject, so I thought I’d add a post for it.

I just joined this lovely site. Lots of people have added so many good things here. I would also like to add up some thing for this community. I would like to share some quick weight loss tips. If you want to know how to lose 10 lb in a week, you are probably not searching for a basic dieting and work out plan. You can lose weight with a general diet and work out plan, Still this involves a lot of time doing utmost cardio exercises and sticking to a strict diet. Here I will outline the right steps that I took to lose 10 pounds in just a workweek.

1. Keep Distance from all deep-fried foods for the week
2. Drink an 8oz glass of grapefruit with breakfast every day. (this speeds up your metabolism)
3. Take average portions (stop eating when you are full)
4. Instead of consuming 3 huge a meals a day, eat 5-6 small meals to keep your metabolism up and keep your body burning fat.
5. Do not eat anything after 9pm. When you eat that late your body does not burn off the calories.
6. Have a proper sleep everyday. Not taking enough rest has been verified to be a leading element to the body storing excess fat.
