I'm normally at 8% bodyfat, but the last couple months I've been eating everything and drinking too much, so I'm now around 10%. I just found out I'm going on a beach vacation next week. What's the safest and quickest way for me to drop the excess fat. Continuing with my normal weight training (heavy weight, 4-6 rep range), I've increased the intensity of my cardio. I'm only eating fish and chicken 6 meals a day with a few complex carbs and tons of veggies. Any other suggestions?.

As we're on Quick Weight Loss Tips – Nosy Rat’s Post, Good sources of healthy fat are needed to nourish your brain, heart and cells, as well as your hair, skin, and nails. Foods rich in certain omega-3 fats called EPA and DHA are particularly important and can reduce cardiovascular disease, improve your mood and help prevent dementia.

At house, use smaller plates, consider serving sizes in realistic terms and start little. Visual cues can help with portion sizes—your serving of meat, fish or chicken should be the size of a deck of cards. A teaspoon of oil or salad dressing is about the size of a matchbook along with your slice of bread ought to be the dimension of a CD case.

While we're dabbling in the area of Quick Weight Loss Tips – Nosy Rat’s Post, You do not have to be perfect and you do not have to totally eliminate meals you appreciate to possess a healthy diet. The lengthy term objective would be to feel great, have much more energy and reduce the threat of cancer and disease. Do not let your missteps derail you—every healthy food choice you make counts.
